Our Story
Scotts Florist is the only brick and mortar florist in the village of Saranac Lake, New York and has been a mainstay of the community for more than 40 years. Our flower shop is nestled in the heart of downtown between Main Street and Broadway on Woodruff Street. The building has historic roots and was originally used as horse stables for a former hotel on Main Street (one will notice the window into the former hayloft on the upper level). Recently, we have combined a longstanding business with a fresh approach and new offerings.
Our Work
We provide regular arrangements to local retailers, hotels, restaurants, and other businesses. We are also happy to special order any types/colors of flowers, greens, houseplants, or potted plants, upon request.

We love love doing wedding florals! We care deeply about creating beautiful pieces for wedding days AND we continue to care about the flowers afterwards.
Some couples wish to preserve their flowers. This is often the bridal bouquet specifically. If so, we can connect you with a flower preservationist.
If you do not wish or are unable to take your wedding flowers, we would be happy to pick them up from your venue and donate them to the local hospital or senior living community on your behalf.
In both cases, your flowers will continue to be enjoyed! Just let us know if you are interested.
